NO DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN PAID FOR

Ordered a freezer online on 27th November 2023 and paid EFT. No mention of delivery charges when ordered. Received an email saying that I needed to pay for economical delivery. I paid R350.00 for the economical delivery fee on the 6th December 2023.

To date I have not received my freezer. I have tried to call them on numerous times and they either don't answer or if they eventually answer they put me on hold while they are going to find out but never come back to speak to me with a reply. They have also taken my number and said that they will get back to me and no one does.

Due to poor shocking service I want my payment refunded back to me.
