No delivery, no refund😏

I bought a bed on 01 December 2024at Ok Furniture -Delft, to this day I have not received the bed. After numerous follow ups on the delivery with no luck, I resorted to cancelling the purchase and ask for a refund on January 10. Its been 2 weeks since I asked for the refund and still have not gotten it. They can’t deliver and they cannot refund me, I don’t know whats going on with this shop. What also shocked me was the fact that they cannot refund your money back into your bank card, they can only give you hard cash which they must collect from cash buying customers. Their client service is beyond rotten.
