No Delivery

I bought a base and matteress set on the black friday 27th of Nvember 2015 with the promise of delivery the next weekend which was the 6th of December,upon not getting ant communication from them I went to inqure last week I was told that all the customers that have paid for delivery got their goods becauses I obted to collet my bed thats whys I didn't get mine,she advised me to pay R250 for them to go and collect one in one of their branch in Vereeniging which I found it so ridiculous failing which I can only get my bed end of January 2016.
