No delivery

On Sunday, 30 August 2015, we purchased a tv display unit to the value of R2399 from OK Furniture Barberton. Firstly the lady who assisted us wanted us to take the display unit as they did not have stock in the store. We did not want to take it because it was badly assembled and the staff were keeping their private goods stored inside. She said she could get one from the Nelspruit branch but that they could only deliver on Tuesday, at an additional delivery cost. upon which we said that we will then collect at the store ourselves. Yesterday my husband had to take off work to go pick up said item only to be told that it hadn't arrived and to come today. Today, after taking time off from work again to collect our already paid for item they had not delivered again. Now my husband has to take off work again tomorrow to go see if the item has arrived yet as they do not have the courtesy to phone and tell you if it has and if you phone no one has a clue what you are talking about. This is very bad service and honestly the staff have not been very helpful in this manner, not to mention we were told that they can assemble the unit but only at the store but then they do not deliver.
