No customer service at ok furniture.

Very disappointed in OK furniture.I bought a sound bar online for collection at Gazina galleries. I waited a week 8 days after many attempts trying to get hold of customer care. I finally got the sound bar just to find no remote and sub woofer not playing. I called them and almost as if I lost the remote they say it is there. Now they want me to bring it back in to check the sub. My car doesn't drive on water.Will never buy anything from these people. Trying not to cuss but absolutely **** customer service.
