No customer service as the promise
OK Furniture store in Mthatha Plaza no after care service. A consultant promises to deliver on time and when you entered the sale agreement all was agreed upon but to avail. I have to constantly go to shop to find out what is going on. It's like out of site and out of mind by the Sales person. They *********** only think of her own sale but no delivery to the client. They know I need my goods by today but I keep on getting stories management is no where to found for assistance as I now want to take another goods in place of the ones they have. What a nightmare to be associated with them

15 Sept 2023, 13:43OK is one furniture store I curse doing business with. No after care sales, sales person promises that they will deliver on Friday and promise to make calls but one has to constantly go back to the shop to find out what is going on. Sales begged no care for the client afterwards
