Night mare service OK furniture

I bought a washing machine at OK protea glen mall. I was informed that they will receive stock on Friday since I went there on Wednesday I paid the machine cash. Friday went by no call the lady from the store called me on Thursday the following week to inform me I should pay for delivery for them to fetch machine at krugersdorp I refused she said she will check the stores that have machine she told me to go and fetch machine at randfontein was informed they are closing at 1 on sunday only to go there and store it's closed. I'm so disappointed with your service I'm thinking of canceling the whole thing and get my money back. Your service is poor on the other site you wanted to force us to take extended warranty.
