Newcastle OK furniture *****

I sent my father to buy a tumble dryer they had on special, when I received the machine it was suspiciasly wrapped in plastic only, after opening the plastic I realised the machine looked nothing like the picture, but the slip said Defy DTD259, a OK label also says DTD259, but the manufacturer label says Defy DTD256 which is a much older model, we went back to retrun it, then they suddenly only had the floor model (which is geavily dented) after they told us there was a lot if stock. They offered us the floor model, but could only give it to us as the normal price. We asked for a refund, but I feel the whole setup was purposely *****ulant.
