New tv

Good day

Last month i bought a new tv from ok furniture cleary park p.e. the tv worked for a few days and it shut of completely i phoned the branch about the matter took it in for repairs but the lady that was supposed to sort it out was of sick for almost 2 weeks.im still waiting for the tv to come back.the tv broke within 7 days im i not suppose to get a new tv seen that it was still within the 7 day period thanks.Rodney ***
