NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OK FURNITURE

Worst experience with there Silverton branch. We open an account with them to build a credit score. It has been 5 months now we are still battling to sort out the debit order. Every month we get 3 messages all with different amounts on for the amount that need to be paid in. Every month we go in to the store to tell them it is suppose to be a debit order. Than they say it will be sorted out the next month.

Last week i went it again to go pay the amount at the till so that i do not get a bad credit score. And every time i pay more in than what is asked for to keep my credit score good.

To my surprise i got a message today to say my account is in arrears with over a R1000. I mean what the f***.

I will never support a OK furniture again. They do not have a clue how to run a business.
