Never buying from Ok ever again

The experience I am receiving from this store and this entity as a whole is disappointing to say the least. I have been waiting for my order to be fulfilled since November 24th 2023. I have been calling the online department directly its usually never answered and when it is they give me more numbers to call which never go through. The item I bought is out of stock but is still showing on the website as in stock while I haven't received it. The run around I have been getting is tiring all I want now is a refund and nothing else
