Never buy anything from OK megacity umlazi

I had such a very bad experience with OK furniture from megacity umlazi they sell defaults goods to us as customers i bought a JVC tv with them before my extended warranty expired the tv couldn't show a picture i sent it back to them in which they sent it to the manufacturer 2months down the line the same problem persist when i send it back they said they will call me i waited the whole week no phone call update from them until i took an initiative and call them with my own money to my surprise they told me straight that they forgot about it...imagine im on second week now with the lockdown going on i dont even know what is happening around the world up until now i haven't heard anything from them never ever buy anything from those people once they have received their money they dont care about customers
