Need my money back

I'd like to lay a complaint against OK furniture I'm literally begging for someone to me, on the 22 Dec 2018 I went to send my mom some money amount send was 600.00 at OK furniture money market so my mom couldn't get hold of that money they told that her pin is wrong and then I went there by myself asking them to help me about the whole issue of sending me a new pin

They also say we will send you a new pin soon
