My couches or Money Back

Hi i am so angry and sad at this moment, I bought couches on the 07 August 2021 , CASH. at Modimolle Ok Furniture. I was promised that i will get them soon and till today nothing. when i ask for the refund cos I cant wait that longer, they say i must wait for the store to have money, so meaning I must wait for customers to come pay? Which is not fair, I bought those couches since I have moved to Mookgopong and no furniture , and now i have to struggle for what I have paid for. this is bad service ever, because they **** to me saying the do have couched while knowing very well that's not true
