Mount Frere OK furniture

I have never seen such unpleasant and inhumane service. A pensioner has lost her 15000 after buying a faulty TV from OK Mount Frere. She constantly has to walk to the shop everyday and enquire about a TV which she returned but gets no service from the staff.The TV never worked and no proof can be shown by the supplier that the TV was delivered in good condition.
