Most Unpleasant Customer Service Experience

<p>I went to purchase a fridge yesterday @ OK FURNITURE Trade Route Mall, they did not have it in stock and referred me to the branch at Signet Terrace in Lenasia, we paid for the fridge at Trade Route and on arrival @ Signet branch, i was advised that they do not have stock as the fridge that was there was a damaged returned unit. i was highly upset as we had to drive up and down and make arrangements to get a bakkie only to find out that they had no stock. they then made arrangements with OK FURNITURE in Protea Glen, they compensated delivery of the fridge which i do appreciate as i was going to take a refund and see elsewhere for a fridge, however, the customer service they gave us, made it seem as if they were doing us a favor. in actual fact, i am giving OK FURNITURE the sale. there is PLENTY of furniture shops around and it is not the only place to get household equipment!!!</p>
