Most unhelpful service

<p>In March 2016 I've purchased x3 chest of drawers for my kids cash @ your store in Shoprite Park.</p> <p>Whereas the one drawer was faulty but the consultant (Dillon) assured me that's nothing and I took the items. About a month or 2 later the drawer still gave a problem and I've contacted the consultant and informed him about my problem and he said he would request another drawer for me.</p> <p>A few months passed and nothing happened. On confronting the consultant he said he was in contact with the head office but they won't just send one drawer and I have to wait, but he will contact them again. </p> <p>On the 04 November I received a call from the store on thinking it was about my query,instead the consultant just wanted to know when I will be coming to the store to buy again. When I told him not before my query has been resolved and on asking him when he just said he will get back to me.</p> <p>Today is the 16 March 2017 up until now I am still waiting for a reply. Can someone please assist me with this query</p>
