Microwave warranty does not matter at Ok furniture at Cofimvaba

I bought a microwave @Ok furniture at Cofimvaba last year around July. All of sudden it is no longer warming the food they did not even bother to check what was wrong they went on and said its ****roaches. They said it has 3 years guarantee but that did not matter. They be taking advantage of old people. I am very disappointed in them.
