Messing my credit rating unnecessarily

If there was 0 rating I would choose that. Opening credit facilities with OK funiture is shooting yourself.

I opened an account in Bellville ok Decembar 2023. The lady assisted me with patience and passion for her work I give her a 5 but the problem started when they had to deduct first installment. I am called to come pay cash in store for first installment, something I was never told and not in my contract. I gave authority for debit order so why now should I take my work time to go pay cash? The date I gave OK to deduct is the day I get paid so there is no way you wouldn't get your money from my bank. Now I am sitting with bad credit score for 3 months because you decide not to deduct your money. To my surprise, in March OK deducted the installment of one month. What were you waiting for the other months? Who's problem is it that you did not deduct the first 3 months? Why do I have to suffer a bad credit score when it's you who never attempted to deduct your installment from me?

I need you to remove that credit record because it is not my fault or I am going to take legal actions against you. Deduct your Installments as agreed then you can record bad credit if you don't get money from my account not because you decided not to deduct and make it my problem.
