Mattress

i would like to state that i have purchased a bed from OK FURNITURE , it stated it has a 1 guarantee. However , in this year a hole started to form on mattress. I have contacted the store several times with just no success. i was promised the new mattress on wednesday 08/07/2015 and thus far they have collected the mattress with hole from my house and still no new mattress. i am without a mattress and am now 7 months pregnant and sleeping on the floor. is this how you they treat customers? my reason for purchasing at the store is because of the amazing price and i believe you treat your customer fairly. to my dismay, i was wrong am absolutely, disgusted, the mere fact that i am sleeping on the floor.
