Matter of urgency is not app****, Today was at the store for a Ovhd remote the new model, no one needed to take the responsibility to assist me, till myself I took the stand. What's hurts is that customers are aware of slow service app**** yet since we need assistance, we cannot complain as one will send you to the other then the other or visa versa, even lack of information.

One even said to me that, they actually short of stuff.
