manager of the OK store Margate

My wife on the 22 July 2020 buy a Edblo Eduze 152cm base set from salesperson Ms MN Mjindi delivery note no 81405 from OK Furniture Margate. When the Edblo Eduze 152cm base set were deliver the same day. The springs of the bed keep poking us and we lodge a complaint at the manager of the Margate store on the 16 October 2020. The store manager said in October 2020 Edblo will replace the base set. I have been at the manager of the OK store 4 times in the last two weeks and she promised me the base set will be deliver the next day but up to date 14 December 2020 no base set were deliver every time my with speak with the store manger she treated it as no problem, but for us it is a nightmare.
