Malelane Ok furniture poor service

I bought kitchen unit on the 01 October 2020 in Malelane Ok furniture store with Lay - bye. The total price of the product was R5499. I paid it off on the 21 December 2020,and i was informed that the kitchen is not available and out of stock, the sales lady promise to call me not later than Wednesday 23/12/20 which she never did. On the 29/12/20 i decided to change the product and i took a fridge, the preferred that i wanted Defy and Hisense i was informed that they are available and they can't give me those on display. I had to settle to KIC 276L that was R****. 99 and they said the difference of R350 i must take something equally to that amount, they cannot refund. To my surprise i was given the fridge that was on display wrapped around with plastic, and they took the one on display not on the storeroom that is wrapped around by the manufacturer. I am disappointed and never again i will used my hard earned cash to buy something from Ok furniture store Malelane
