Lies and no follow ups

On the 15th I went and purchased a DVD with tall speakers and an iron at Hlahatsi OK, while processing the purchase the lady said they don't have stock available at their store and that they have one at Chris Hani crossings, she offered to pick it up the next day and I can collect it then or go the same day of purchase and pick it up myself. I then decided to pick it up myself after I have already paid for it at Hlahatsi then suddenly there's no stock at Chris Hani the available stock is at Naledi vosloorus which I have no idea where it is. She then again said she'll pick it up and will call me and that never happened. Yesterday I asked my mom to go and check what happened and they told her that Naledi mall didn't have stock and they are waiting for stock coming from springs. All of this happening and nobody had the decency to call me to keep me in the loop on what's happening instead I'm hearing the out of stock story like a broken record. Today still nobody called. Intrestresting way of running business from lies so please return my money and you may still keep your silence because I too don't want to speak to you anymore.
