Lies

I lay buyed a Defey refregirator a couple of months back in small store Randfontein ,it was in special and was told that its being faced out hence I lay buyed it so I wouldn't loose that opportunity. When to take it was told their finished and i must by another one, i told them I saw it the previous day on the 15th at another store in Roodepoort can they call them and ask them, they said they called around its finished every where. I was showed a KIC which I ended up buying even though I was not happy with it. I asked them to give me to give me an option to get a fridge of the same of the same value as the Defey they refused. Went passed OK Roodepoort and they still have the Defey they **** to me they never promoted fairness, openness and good business practice. Called head office about this experience and they where not helpful, all I got was they will discipline the staff, I posted the question to her, how is that going to help me for the next coming years?
