**** about stock availability

I needed to replace my existing lawnmower this morning, so I found this special at OK online <br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> I phoned Wynberg and they had no stock but gave me the number for the Claremont branch ***). <br> <br> I phoned Claremont and spoke to Ian Dangerfield and he assured me that there was one in stock, <br> <br> I asked if he could keep it aside as I would fetch it in half an hour and he said he didn't think this would be necessary.<br> <br> I arrived at the store and initially was told that the lawnmower was upstairs, I was sent upstairs and saw no sign of this and the other salesperson seemed surprised about my mentioning a lawnmower.<br> <br> Finally I tracked down Ian and he made me wait for half an hour whilst he did the admin work for a client.<br> <br> He then tells me that he made a mistake and that the lawnmower was at the Mitchells Plain branch. <br> <br> I told him that he had **** to me when he had falsely informed me that the lawnmower was in stock at the Claremont branch. <br> <br> Also he had wasted my time by making me wait on purpose and my petrol and I walked out. <br>
