Lengthy Refund process

<p>I settled my account and got called to go to any OK Furniture store to get a refund and was told which documents to take along. Went to OK Furniture in Chuch Street Pretoria and calls were made to Head Office for a refund code.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately since Monday, nothing has been finalised, Head Office goes from pillar to post to supply code, store is reluctant to make calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just do an EFT to my account which yu have been debiting all along.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
