Laying a Complaint and need assistance

I am Bulelwa Xakambana in PE i bought a fridge at OK furnutures in Motherwell complex near the clinic on the 19th of November and I reported to them in the 21 that the fridge is not working

They promised to bring the driver to come pick it up and give me new fridge but didn't

It's the 3rd week now without the fridge while I have paid the fridge in cash and not owing them

I dont know what to do the food is wasted due to having no fridge

Please assist
