Laybye

I layby dining suite last month and today when I want to pay the remaining balance only to find out that it was phased out no stock will be available so I wonder why the accept laybye on products that they are phasing out knowing very well tha laybye take 4 to 6 months to pay , I'm so disappointed and frustrated and wondering if they will deduct 1% of the amount i paid already when I'm doing a refund because the fault is on their side not mine
