Lay-by Refund enquiry

Since I made a refund for lay-by at OK furniture at Siyabuswa Mall last year 22 October 2024 they said they will get back to me after processing everything since then I never heard anything from them. When I call they say they will call me back until today and I’m tired calling them for empty promises.
