Laptop ******, 3 months later I am still WAITING for the claim to be processed at OK Furniture!

<p> ********** ********** purchase reference no. I reported a ****** laptop with OK Furniture in Jozini and had insurance for it. Now, I have been sent from pillar to post , 3 months later I still dont have the claim processed. The saddest part is I am still paying for the insurance, I have no clue why it must take more than three moths to have claim processed, whats the whole point then of paying extra for insurance???? I really need answers, before I take the matter with my legal adviser.</p>
