Laptop repair refusal from OK furniture in mankweng

We are not really happy about the service they gave to my sister it's unacceptable at all my mother is now sick thinking that her daughter is there in limpopo all by herself trying to study but when she purchased a laptop from OK it was all nice when she bought it now it's a problem for them to fix it.
