Laptop

I bought a laptop Lenovo i have taken it back to be repaired 3 times, which twice they didn't do anything besides restore factory settings and then on the 17/05/2021 i took it back before the guarantee ended, which the guarantee ended why the laptop was on their possession.... i have now requested that i would like to get another laptop because this laptop surely has a problem, i also said i would pay the difference on the new laptop and they refuse.... they have also said that i should pay in order for them to repair the laptop since the guarantee is over
