LADYBRAND OK FURNITURE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

We bought stock worth amost R23 000 in cash from this store.<br> We had numerous problems with service, stock shortages and had to commute between our farm (30kilos) and the shop 5x before everything were sorted out. Needless to say, we sorted some of the stuff ourselves as they weren't able to do it.<br> Not to mention, when I went into the stoor the 5th time, the salesman (JOSEPH) were sitting at his desk busy with copies of his CV telling me he just need to finish this and put it away, he is applying for another job (this happened in front of the managers AND CUSTOMERS SITTING AT HIS DESK). He said they didn't have the defy side by side fridge in stock but the truck is coming that afternoon from QWA QWA and they will get one from them. <br> We collected the rest of the stuff and said we will collect the fridge the following day. The salesman said its fine. The next day when we went to collect it he gave us the display unit on the floor. I told him we don't want this one he said that he will get a new one from QWA QWA? The manager had ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION TO EVEN TRY AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM OR DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO TRY AND ARRANGE ANOTHER FRIDGE after everything were paid alread
