lack of service delivery and bad attitude

Bought dstv at OK furnishers in Randburg and was installed same day and 2 days later the signal point was hanging by the dish and it showed it was not *****ed in was just held by musking tape,thet was saturday,called sales consultant MR S Motaung and installer was called to come back and fix the problem and he said he was gonna comeby since he stays in the same area,waited from 1pm till 21h30 called him and he said the following day,9am sunday called him and he seemed to have forgotten everything we spoke about and gave me attitude and hanged up the fone,1 pm gave him a call again and I got even worse sh*t from him and left me withe sound of a beeping fone..36 hrs later no watching tv still,OK furnishers they don't follow up when one of their customers had a problem and this Tawanda installer has bad attitude and they still contract with him..where is customer service all they care about is money that comes out of my pocket..REALLY BAD SERVICE
