Lack of respect for customers

I bought a fridge on that black Friday and it was 7 to 10 working days for delivery but until today I haven't received the fridge I call they don't answer When I finally get through they push me from this one to this one apparently they don't have stock of what they have advertised I should choose from other brands I should get an email but until today I got no email no fridge but money gone I am currently ****ed as I need the fridge and I get no assistance yet they have my money on their side
