Lack of Professionalism, Horrible Service

<p>I purchased items at the store on the 23-Oct amounting to R29 000. One of the items was a Hisense side by side fridge. After more than 10 days waiting for th fridge I was told its discontinued, they tried to get me one which was on display at another branch bt it was scratched n had missing shelves. I requested a refund for the amount, to date I am still waiting. It's been over a month, I went to the store so many times, waiting for feedback from manager. I am utterly disappointed in the level of service I received. They will tell you they will call for feedback, but never do until you have to call again. Please refund me back my money OK furniture. </p>
