lack of feedback

<p>I bought a 40 inch hisense tv last year april n january it didnt not turn on so i returned the tv to ok furnishers garankuwa.The person dealin with the complain has been dragging his feet ever since he never contacted me for any feedback even of i leave a message he never returned my call.Then i devided to call ok firniture Da****rt because i bought the tv there hoping they will assist me but the manager is also doing the same thing as the guy who was helping me on garankuwa.When ever i call is either he is busy with a client or went to thae shops then i leave a message n never return my calls i wonder.They have treated me ao bad that i wil no longer do business with them n i dont even know if i still want the tv </p>
