KIC Fridge

To Whom it may Concern<br> <br> My husband bought a KIC Fridge on Wednesday 16 December at Ok Furniture Paarl Branch. This would be the fridge I want for my Christmas present. We were assisted by Morgan who was very helpful. Our initial though was to purchase the Fridge on account but decided to pay the fridge in full. The fridge was about R4500 + R630 (extra 2 year insurance) + R400 delivery fee, this came to round about R5500. They did not have stock of this fridge and Morgan advise us that they have 3 of these fridges in the warehouse and that it should be delivered on the Thursday 17 December. If we have any enquiries, as he is off the Thursday we could speak to Candice (she is the manager). It is Friday the 18th December and we still have not received our fridge! All we are getting is pity excuses and undelivered promises from Candice & Morgan. Got hold of Morgan today who advise that there was problems with the warehouse & was unable to get a fridge. Which would help if this is communicated to the client. I'm really over this fridge now and would like a refund & rather take my business elsewhere. Definitely not taking my business to them again!!!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Carmen
