Today on the 20 January 2024 I went to buy a deep fridge at OK furniture Jubilee mall.I have received a pathetic customer service ever in my life. The sales person and the store manager were so rude and I have left the store unattended with the security at the door inside the store.Imagine since I have been there at 15h00pm to be served and the store manager and the sales person left me packed there as a fool telling me that they are waiting for the brach manager to authorize,,since from there until 18h00pm waiting for nonsense respond.The sales people in the store were busy gossiping and closed the store at 17h30pm chasing me away and telling me that there is nothing they can do and they can't help me.Yhooo the OK Jubilee people are so mean and so rude to customers.
