Jackie Rainbow Finance Ok Furniture most horrible person on earth

I missed payment last month, I have been sick and I didn’t ignore their calls, I went to the store yesterday to make payment and I paid R610 am still behind with R580, when I was at the store they called Rainbow Finance I don’t know who that is because I opened my account at the store, spoke to Precious who the lady at the store explained to that I will pay R610 and pay R580 on the 15 and again pay monthly installment on the last day of June. It was settled and now I got a call from a lady who say is Jackie from Rainbow finance regarding my Ok account, so I immediately explain I was at the store yesterday and I explained my situation and the fact that I will pay the balance on 15, Lady gets super angry at me telling me why can’t I pay it now. I tell her I was at the store yesterday and I have made payment at least towards the account and made arrangement, lady be littled me, I didn’t even know what to say, she was shouting pay your account even when I explain what it is that she don’t understand and now when I ask her name again because I didn’t understand why was she being rude she changes and say Jacobeth... am so disappointed in their service, firstly they sold me a couch that was on display after weeks I waited on delivery same as the microwave which came wrapped in a black big plastic bag... after several follow ups and now this... their services is super horrible no wonder this furniture shops are not making it now... they have no respect for their customers
