Is OK Furniture an official furniture shop or a ****a shop?

On the 24th March 2020 I lay-buyed a bed at OK Furniture in Matatiele, then Lockdown hit. Which I understood perfectly. As the county moved into Alerts Levels I was told that my bed could finally be delivered to me. I then, immediately, paid the remaining R2000, which was on the 19th June 2020. I was then told that the next delivery truck would have my bed. Every week I have had to personally go to the store and enquire about my bed but I still have no bed. Today is the 18th of July 2020 and I still have no bed and zero communication or effort from the store.

I have have recently found out that my mother has the same problem with the store, OK Furniture in Kokstad. With her it has been 3 Months with no bed, no communication and no effort from OK Furniture.

I am failing to understand how OK Furniture sells 'Furniture' that they do not have. I am failing to understand if this 'store' is a ****a shop or a furniture shop.
