Is OK a ****?

OK deserves -1 rating. The 1 December 2024, I ordered a Couch online. It is the 18 December and no couch has been delivered. I have sent daily emails with NOT one of my emails being answered. I have called online Call Centre with no answer. I have spent over a 100 minutes trying to call them. Head Office number does not work. Ashley Olifant direct line for OK says it does not exist. I went to Zevewacht Mall Ok furniture and they would not help me because I placed the order online. Is OK shops and online not the same shop? I cannot believe that no one from OK has emailed me back or called me to let me know what is going on. I have several Takealot and Makro packages arrive with NO problem. I don't even know if writing a review here will even help. I have never experienced such pathetic and poor client service. I am reading all the Hellopeter reviews about OK and it is shocking. I feel so frustrated because I cannot speak to anybody and nobody is answering my emails. I have emailed them also on *** and also nobody answering.
