Interest on overdue acc
<p>Dear OK Furnishers,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a problem with the way my account was handled.</p> <p>I took/opened an account with your Ladybrand store in March......</p> <p>End of April when I went to pay my first installment I requested for assistance with a debit order, the cashier that was assisting promised to call me so I can come sign the document which she couldn't find at the time. End of May I get to the store (on the 9th) and to my supprise I have been charged with interest, an amount same as my monthly installation. I questioned this and same lady that never got back to me told me that they balance their books on the 7th and if no payment is received they add interest... i asked if their interest is 90%???? and made her aware that she had promised to call me to come sign the debit order form. I travel a lot due to work duties and half the time I am in remote areas where and there are no OK furnisher stores. There consultant was even brave enough to call my next of keen to say I have diaspered with their furnisher. How many of my numbers did they try call before they went on hunt search?? </p> <p> </p> <p>Now today again I am out of the country and will only be returning on the 10th of JULY. Are you going to double charge me with interest again???</p> <p>I request that interest be removed from my account statement or OK Furnishers can as well go fetch their fridge and TV from my home address...</p> <p>In addition I would appreciate if someone can contact me and arrange for a debit order to take place in my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>T Lesenyeho</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
