I was at OK Furnishers Tembisa Mall Branch now, wow what a horrible service there. I was looking for a Microwave and I saw two Hisense microwave worth R1190 each, so I was helped by Sbusiso and another gentleman whom I asked and they both confirm the price of R1190.I asked what was the difference between the 2,and the explanation that I got was the other one has a handle to open it and not mirror finished, and the other one doesn’t have a handle and is a mirror finished, so because I am a lady of style I decided to take the one with a mirror finish.

So while we were busy with Sbusiso to generate an invoice the system was taking long and I needed to excuse myself and He advised that he will be done when I come back I will just have to pay and receive my goods.coming back now the price has changed to R1599 wow and Sbusiso saw me and went and explained to the manager who doesn’t have an identification tag and so was Sbusiso I had to ask for their names,the Manager said his Name is Nicholas.

I explained to him thou he knew wat was going on,so his excuse was a customer changed the prices and I told him that’s an excuse the shop opened few hours ago and you have people on the floor working and as a customer I have a right to pay for the price displayed.he went around until I took out my phone and said can you please repeat what you are saying so that I can have it on record and I made him aware that I was recording his response,at first he didn’t want to talk anymore because of the recording but then rep**** no we cant give you on that price bexcuase a customer changed the prices . so I asked him that I speak to someone superior a regional manager and he made a call to a man by the name of Isaac and while I was there Nicholas told him that I do not want to speak to him just imagine I told him right there that how can lie about me while am here you should have said customer is not satisfied with my response and wants someone senior,so Isaac asked him what was the difference and He said around R590 so he said no we can’t give it for R1190 that I saw they tried to put words in to my mouth unfortunately I know what I saw and stood by my word that I want to pay for the price that I saw ,It means the shop did a wrong adverti*****t,I left the shop around 13:31 as I was not getting help and didn’t want to argue with them further,so I phone the head office to lay a complain and Margret gave me an email address to send my complain to. I want that mirror finish microwave with the price that I saw it with R1190.00
