INCORRECT INFORMATION AND POOR SERVICES

Went to pay my OK account and was told to not pay it cash but wait for debt a order to go off, I asked if it would go off by the the end of the month and I was assured that it would. Assuming by paying extra every month the debt didn't go off, HOWEVER I was wrong and it's was my fault due to the wrong information given by the caster. I WAS EVEN LAUGHED AT AND TOLD ITS MY OWN PROBLEM. Customers service gave me long stories and I even waited for the store manger but no response!!! <br>
