Incomplete and poor service from OK Furniture!

I purchased a TV from the OK Furniture online store in the 25th of November 2023 to collect at a local OK store near me. I had to contact them multiple times and still have not received a message for me to collect my TV. Today is the 12th of December 2023. The incompetence is Unmatched! Highly disappointed! ******* service! Never purchasing ANYTHING from them EVER!
