Incompetence at Ok furniture Somerset west

I received a cupboard from OK furniture Somerset West on 23 Dec 2023. The cupboard was broken and clearly a manufacturing fault. I informed the manager and sent them pictures as well . I was informed that they will replace the cupboard. I am currently in 2025 and the faulty cupboard is still standing in my house taking up space. The manager is claiming the head office is not responding to her emails . The level of incompetence is astounding.
