Incompetence

I laybyed a washing machine in March and paid fully. I contact one of the sales lady Zanele three days ago and asked her if the washing machine will be available for collection today. She then confirmed yesterday that I can come in store to collect the washing machine only to be I have to come back again. Bare in I came with a transport since they don't delivery in my area. Now I had to take money and pay for something that is not even there cause it's not their fault that the store is incompetence. When I asked them to give me the one in store they refused, the only thing they were rushing for is to clock out since it was 17:00 Asked them to call other nearby stores to check if they don't have and the guy Bulelani Hoyo said there's nothing he can do.

Your stuff is unprofessional, all they care about is sales. I asked the cashier (her name on the receipt) to tell me about the WARRANTY and she told me she doesn't know anything only the on the floor knows about that.

I'm livid. Total waste of my time and money on my side as I'll have to pay double for the transport.
