incompetant staff and unwilling to assist

i have been a client and supported the OK furniture branch at Hercules for a few years now , very good service received from the manager during this time but it seams that the staff do not recognize and care about returning customers already on the system.

Today i went to the branch to open an account for some appliances and because of my history with the branch i did not foresee any problems, i gave them the necessary documentation to open the account,(Three months bank statements R120000.00) , ID and Proof of residence.

As a business owner ( self employed) for the last 10 years , i do not have any pay slips and did not need them for my previous Purchases so i can not see the problem now.

The store calls me every now and again to porches goods but when i go to do so i get this!!!

Will get my products from GAME , Thank you for loosing a client!!!!!!
